Thursday, June 4, 2026: 6:41 AM: I am noticing a bit of tension in my body more frequently in the day again. My phone and watch are politely letting me know that I’ve dropped off on my physical activity a bit.
I’m still closing all of my rings every day. But, overall, my movement and intensity of movement are a bit lower.
My cardio fitness is said to be above average, rather than below average, as was the case when I started this little odyssey with my watch back in March. I’m sensing though that part of my overall wellbeing would benefit if I simply made up my mind to reach deep and push a bit harder than I’ve been lately, perhaps kicking me out of this low cycle in the process.
