Saturday, June 20, 2026: 9:58 PM: It would seem that it takes me about a half-hour to fall asleep at night. It would also seem that 6 and ½ hours of sleep is all I can achieve in one go round with the mattress.

Saturday, June 20, 2026: 9:52 PM: I feel like I got enough done today. The site platform has been switched, the server is up to date, WordPress Site Health is only showing what I feel should be showing, and I didn’t tell Copilot to F-off once today.

Saturday, June 20, 2026: 9:29 PM: This morning, I finished my reread of, “Psycho-Cybernetics: Updated and Expanded,” by Maxwell Maltz and narrated by Matt Furey. I now get a few more of the key concepts Maltz was trying to convey without getting into the realm of the mystical.

Saturday, June 20, 2026: 9:08 PM: One of these days, I’ll make up my mind as to what the format and platform for Brian Schnabel’s Head Space will be. The good news is that I’ll be able to back post things more quickly. The bad news is, I’m back running WordPress again.

Friday, June 19, 2026: 9:44 AM: Despite my off mood, things have been moving along. I can’t really complain but I can’t shake this lack of motivation and feeling of everything being pointless, either.

Friday, June 19, 2026: 9:26 AM: It’s clear to me that my watch is definitely related to health in my subconscious mind after what transpired this morning. I woke from a dream in which my watch band had broken. I figured in the dream I would have a replacement in 3 days.

Wednesday, June 17, 2026: 6:57 PM: I’m definitely being followed on some of my walks, the neighborhood dogs giving the game away of late. No matter though. I’m going to find out what all of this is about soon enough.

Wednesday, June 17, 2026: 6:48 PM: As it turned out, there was a place to submit supporting documentation along with my NJ FamilyCare application. I woke Monday Morning and took another look at the site, discovering it in a place most people probably wouldn’t have even thought to look. The State of New Jersey needs to do a better job of clarifying the online process for renewals and new FamilyCare applications, especially for the illegals our state provides sanctuary to.

Sunday, June 14, 2026: 8:11 PM: My NJ FamilyCare application has been submitted. I got laughing when I got to the end of the online process as there was no place to submit all the documents I had. I got loaded for bear for nothing.

Sunday, June 14, 2026: 7:57 PM: I had an interesting vision this morning involving some rather rough sex. When I woke from this dream, involving a black-haired woman in her late 30s or early 40s, I decided to run an affirmation to draw her into my reality for the real thing. I wasn’t sure if it would work.
