Friday, June 19, 2026: 9:26 AM: It’s clear to me that my watch is definitely related to health in my subconscious mind after what transpired this morning. I woke from a dream in which my watch band had broken. I figured in the dream I would have a replacement in 3 days.
I have been waiting for a notification from MyChart indicating that the doctor’s office had finally produced the test order for another lipid panel come September. When I opened MyChart this morning, I received a notification asking me to verify my account information and stating that my watch had been disconnected from the app. The documentation was there, once I took care of the requested verification, and had likely been there for at least 3 days.
