Friday, November 6, 2026: 2:52 PM: On Sunday, I gave Copilot every journal entry I’d written since July 1, 2022, asking the AI to tell me which things I keep saying I need to get done. The generated list contained everything I expected to be there, but Copilot caught something else in the analysis of my journals I didn’t expect. However, upon review, I found it to be accurate. The discovery was that I have a bad habit of rapidly redesigning the way I do things rather than simply picking up where I left off with those things I’ve gotten behind on. Copilot’s take on my journal entries, particularly from the past year, is that I’ve streamlined the way I do things enough. Now it’s simply a question of sticking with what’s there for a period longer than thirty days before making anymore changes; only doing so if it’s truly necessary.
Author: Brian Schnabel
I am Brian Schnabel, The Newtonian Witch.
I write about consciousness, meditation, dreams, intuition, manifestation, and the strange territory where inner experience meets everyday reality.
My approach is experimental. Rather than accepting a technique simply because a teacher, tradition, or book says it works, I want to experience it for myself. I try things. I observe. I journal. I question. I change the experiment and try again.
That process has gradually become a form of witchcraft in its own right: a conscious practice of working with attention, intention, language, intuition, and personal transformation.
I don't pretend to possess absolute answers about why every experience happens or what every coincidence means. That's part of the adventure. I'm interested in exploring honestly, including the successes, failures, doubts, surprises, and unanswered questions.
This is where I write about it.
