Wednesday, June 10, 2026: 6:29 AM: One more thing I shall do today is adjust the sleep settings on my watch and phone. I know psychology plays a role in all of this, but I also know I tend to feel good after about 6½ hours of sleep. I may even need less, which suggests my own thinking could be getting in the way.
This morning, my sleep score was 74, and based on how I understand the algorithm, my 8-hour sleep goal may be too high. So far, the data suggests I average about 6 hours of sleep per day, so I’m going to update my phone settings accordingly.
