Most of my accounts are now secure beyond a doubt, I’ve been posting to this site every single day since April 11th, spinning for thirty minutes late this evening, and checking a client’s computer for a possible virus along the way. “Remote Desktop works well with JAWS for Windows!”

One of the things I noticed last night when I went up to this website is that I really need to refine my technique using the WordPress app. Using dictation has its drawbacks when someone is going by on a Harley. I wasn’t aware of this until this evening, but it would seem that Users of Copilot have been experiencing intermittent issues with the file upload button. This button is essential for uploading and sharing files within the Copilot interface, especially for Pro users. And… Yeah… “Useful for a few of us amateurs who would like that button back, too!”

Today was one of those days where the hours just flew by. My mission was clear: Me wanting to fortify my website against unwanted digital trespassers. cPanel allows for blocking of certain pain in the ass bots and overly annoying cyber stalkers alike by IP address. But I knew, “I could do better than that!”

While doing laundry, I’ve been backing up all WordPress and none-WordPress websites hosted on my servers. You never know when the creak is going to rise and having everyone’s stuff backed up is a beautiful thing. “Cloud storage in multiple secure locations totally rocks!”

Who says you need a full night’s sleep to be productive in society? I’m starting to wonder why I bother with sleep at all. “It certainly has little use for me!”

I personally believe that JAWS for Windows Version 2024 has seen a significant upgrade with the introduction of the Face in View feature, finally putting it on par with the image related capabilities of the VoiceOver screen reader built into Apple’s iPhones and other products. This innovative feature is designed to enhance the video conferencing experience for visually impaired users, ensuring they are perfectly positioned within the camera’s view during calls.

PHP 8.3 upgrade now complete for all clients.

Well… PHP Version 7.4 has been upgraded to 8.3 on all websites I host for other people. I’m pretty sure my WordPress clients will be happy to know this as it does generally mean a safer and more efficient operating environment for all of us on the server. cPanel’s handy dandy Multi PHP Manager certainly makes managing stuff like this a breeze so, “It’s all good!”

MySQL WordPress mystery can wait.

I’m thinking I can afford to wait and see what happens, WordPress reporting that the SQL database on the server is out of date. However, from what I can see, things are up to scratch on the server side of the equations. So… Having recently been notified that PHP on the server is being updated for enhanced safer performance, and having made the necessary adjustments on my end… As far as the issues WordPress has with MySQL … “Well… It will keep!”
