Network security fixes and maintaining relationships.

It’s been a slow lazy day. My friends and I went to Dominick’s for lunch. I was there yesterday. But… Dom’s is one of those places I don’t mind visiting twice in a row. “What did I do after that?”

Well… Not much of anything. I got a good spin in before I left and had coffee with lunch, it helped to counter act the residual side effects of a half hour’ worth of intense aerobic exercise. “The steak salad was great!”

Over the course of the afternoon, I mostly enjoyed the quiet and talked on the phone with a few friends in central jersey for a while. “You might say it has been a day for catching up!”

Sure. I did do some minor adjusting to my network after noting on more than one occasion that one of my smart speakers kicks out a none descript notification when a certain party approaches my building. It could be just a coincidence. But, if that were the case, how is it that I’ve observed the coincidence happening twice in about a week and a half to two-week time period? But whatever the trigger, I’m pretty sure this anomaly two is now, “In the bag way more than he’ll ever be.”

I won’t say all is perfect. I can feel a low-level burning sensation in my skin and after a while the talking today resulted in my vocal cords now feeling like they had been twisted into one giant knot. “Sure signs of low-level anxiety.”

Do I know what the anxiety is about? “Hell yeah!”

But… The only way it will pass is if I stay the course on a few major decisions. I have to trust my gut on what I’ve already set in motion and believe that I’ll intuitively be able to manage any kinks that might crop up along the way due to my initiated actions. That shouldn’t be too hard, “Right?”

After all, I’ve been blind and walking all over Sussex County New Jersey for years with Seeing Eye Registered dogs and without. So, everything else should be a piece of cake by way of comparison. So as far as any anxiety about it all goes… If I keep up with the practice, “This too shall pass.”
