I did some time checking on my iPhone and found out that the Sparta Avenue Dunkin’ Donuts was already closed. So… I took the scenic tour around town a little bit and have ended up at the one out on route 206 by ShopRite. The Boston cream doughnut was awesome, and I have coffee for the return trip.
My latest plan for trying to keep me on an even keel was to spin in the evening. However… This trip is going to take me over the 3 mile mark.
And… Because long walks tend to leave me in the bathroom for hours at a time when combined with spinning… Yeah… “I’ll be nice to me!”
