My Productive Day: Advocacy, Writing, and Wellness Goals

Follow Brian Schnabel’s journey as this Goldberg Realty Assoc tenant tackles advocacy letters, writing projects, home cleaning, and mindful wellness routines—all in one productive day.

Today, my main goals are to get letters written to Disability Rights New Jersey (DRNJ), Community Health Law Project (CHLP), and Legal Services of New Jersey (LSNJ), as well as Legal Services of Northwest Jersey (Sussex County Office). If I manage to print everything, that’ll be an added bonus.

I also want to start working on Brian Schnabel’s Head Space by making the changes my dreams have been pointing to. This involves merging the site with my journal.

I need to update my Copilot Requests Document with all my writing-related tasks. Commands for coding should be added as well.

On the home front, I plan to clean the bathtub and toilet, vacuum the bathroom floor, wash the dishes, and vacuum the kitchen floor. Finally, I want to make sure I fit in a five-minute spin session at some point during the day.

In addition, it’s important for me to take time out for three meditations, each lasting at least 20 minutes. Ideally, I should do one in the morning, another around lunchtime, and the last one at 7:00 PM.
