Mystery Package and Unusual Neighbor Encounters at Newtonian Gardens

Discover the intriguing story of a misplaced package, neighbor conflicts, and suspicions surrounding former and current tenants at Newtonian Gardens.

On Wednesday I found a package for Cassidy Spohn on my Poarch and turned it over to the Newtonian Gardens property manager. He and I both thought it was strange that I would have found it there, Cassidy having been evicted from the downstairs apartment six months ago.

I’m guessing he had contacted Cassidy about the package when he returned to the complex and found it on his front porch, where I left it upon discovery. Then my new neighbor comes in and is yelling, “I’m defending myself,” on the phone. Why do I have a strange feeling it involved that package?

I’ve had suspicion for a while now that my old neighbor knew my new one. But I’ve never been able to confirm that. But, given the way things went Wednesday…

I’m pretty sure that once a normal person is evicted, they don’t let their mail go to the address they’ve been forced to vacate. I’m also pretty sure they don’t refer the new tenant to the address they’ve been forced to vacate, but don’t quote me on that.

Could my new neighbor have simply had an argument on the phone with someone else accusing her of something unrelated to the package I turned over to the Newtonian Gardens property manager? “Yes.” Do I believe that though? “No.”

Am I being stalked by Cassidy? That’s a possibility. “Why though is beyond me.”
