Picking Up My Guitar Again but This Time on My Own Terms

Friday, June 26, 2026: 3:51 PM: As I sat down with my 37 year old classical  guitar, inspecting it to see why the D string was constantly breaking, I was amazed at the fury that suddenly flared within me. However, upon reflection, I guess it really shouldn’t surprise me.

Oh! That’s the Fix? Just Remove It: Goldberg Realty Property Management Logic at Work

Friday, June 26, 2026: 3:41 PM: After hearing how Goldberg Realty planned to handle a neighbor’s apartment issue this afternoon, I just shook my head. Seriously? We now just cancel out features in an apartment because they are too inconvenient for a landlord to maintain?

AI, 3D Printing, and Sailboat Design: Blindness Doesn’t Have to Stop Childhood Dreams After All

Friday, June 26, 2026: 2:55 PM: I realized my childhood dream of designing or building sailboats could be achieved with AI-enabled 3D printing software. Quick Indoor Cycling for Stress Relief: Why I Wear Spin Shoes All Day at Home

Thursday, June 25, 2026: 9:52 AM: I’m walking around my apartment with spin shoes on today so when I want to use the bike for short intervals of 3-5 minutes at a time, I can do so without having to waste time taking them on and off. They are pretty comfortable to wear. They just feel a little weird to be walking around in, me originally having bought the spin shoes for use at Retro Fitness, when there was a gym here in Newton NJ.

Unlocking Mental Clarity Through Focused Body Regulation

Thursday, June 25, 2026: 9:39 AM: I had a vision yesterday morning about using NIVEA to wash my hair in my bathroom sink. This doesn’t surprise me because I have purchased their hair and body wash for men from Amazon very recently and have begun using it. In reality, there’s no way I could ever wash my hair in the bathroom sink because it’s too small for that. Then, after this morning’s vision of overcoming a heart attack in my living room with my mind, the message behind these visions became clear.
