Tuesday, June 2, 2026: 7:24 AM: I need to shift gears with my intermittent fasting window. My low inflection point (Cyclical Depression) is kicking my ass and amplifying my segmented sleep cycle. It’s obvious to me that my current chemistry isn’t taking kindly to the 16-hour fasting window.
So, I’m starting with my first meal of the day at 8:00 AM and wrapping up with my last around 7:00 PM. This should help with my squirrel like mentality of late and improve sleep cycles plus mood overall.
