Saturday, June 20, 2026: 9:29 PM: This morning, I finished my reread of, “Psycho-Cybernetics: Updated and Expanded,” by Maxwell Maltz and narrated by Matt Furey. I now get a few more of the key concepts Maltz was trying to convey without getting into the realm of the mystical.
Now that I do get it, the light having switched on around Chapter 11, the book seems way less contradictory to me than it did the first few times through. I also get something else. I really am trying to change a bit too much of what I already due naturally, the book confirming that for me.
