Wednesday, July 22, 2026: 9:24 AM: I settled down for a 20-minute meditation session this morning and wasn’t quite expecting the impression that came through. Apparently, I need to start writing scripts for my meditations, along the lines of a poetic short story or letter detailing to myself what I want, and then record them. However, they’re not meant to be prominent in the foreground.

I also got out of the session that twenty-minute meditations are ideal for me as far as shorter sessions go. I also gathered that at least one ninety-minute session per day is worth making the time for, too, which I’ve already figured out. But validation is good.
It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out what’s going on here. If I follow the prescribed format, it kind of sets my brain up to run in seeker mode when I’m sleeping.
I’ve long known that I can only operate on the astral plane with permission. I also know, from years of experience, that writing things out solidifies ideas and desires expressed.
If I want to remember more dreams, all I need to do is write out the ones I’ve already had; that kind of thing. Recording an audio track of what I’ve written forces me to verbalize what’s on the page, leading to further crystallization of desired results.
Using the above plan for recording? That’s probably the icing on the cake.
Obviously, we are talking about the kind of meditation that leads to the manifestation of desired life changes to some small degree. But given current personal, professional, and geopolitical circumstances, if it keeps me above the fray and helps me move toward my goals, it’s worth the effort.
