Tuesday, September 1, 2026: 8:29 PM: Lately, meditating on the Muladhara, Anahata, Svadhisthana, and Manipura Chakras still causes the energy flowing through my body to go straight up to my head. This happens without me even bothering to focus on the Vishuddha, Ajna and Sahasrara chakras. When this happens, and it doesn’t take long, I can feel a slight pressure on top of my head that is actually rather pleasant.
The formula I’m using is as follows:
- Focus on the Muladhara (Root Chakra) and affirm being grounded physically by Earth. Imagine being fully present in nature simultaneously for a few minutes while doing this.
- After a few minutes shift focus to the Anahata (Heart Chakra) and affirm being grounded mentally by Air. Imagine flying through the sky while feeling the physical sensations moving through the Chakra in this area of your body.
- When ready, move next to the Svadhisthana (Sacral Chakra) and affirm being grounded by water while imagining swimming, diving under, or floating on it.
- Next affirm being grounded in personal power by fire once attention is shifted to the Manipura (Solar Plexus Chakra). While feeling the sensations in the Solar Plexus area of the body where this chakra resides, imagine fire.
As I move through these chakras I am doing my statements out loud, sometimes two or three times, allowing the words to resonate through my body. I find I can usually vibrate the chakra I’m working with using my voice. I am also stretched out comfortably, usually on my bed when I do this, which makes things easier. After running this process, I can generally feel the upward flow of energy pretty good. Once I do, I then shift my attention to whatever I want to work on, which today was doing some astral travel to clear up emotional issues.
I haven’t gotten there yet, me running another session before I sat down to write this. But I’m confident I’ll be able to pull it off soon enough.
What it boils down to, when I check in with myself to the best of my ability, is that I feel trapped. And if I am honest with myself… I have felt trapped for a very long time. The anger and frustration that come with this can get pretty intense at times, sometimes to the point of being disruptive.
I can’t win in this society. Or, at least, that is how I’ve been feeling for a while now. The stigma that comes with blindness is a catch-22 that there just doesn’t seem to be a way around. On one hand, it’s generally assumed that I can’t do much. On the other, if I do something any other normal person does flawlessly, like cross a street, I’m told I’m faking blindness and the bullshit games to test that theory begin.
Even in my own family, a large majority of members have written me off as useless except for when it suits them. It’s interesting, the show that’s been put on by a few. One minute, I suck because I can’t find an employer who is willing to work with me. The next minute, I can’t do things well within my own capability simply because they need to feel like they are in control or they get a benefit out of my imposed helplessness for themselves.
Even within many industries, the professionals you would think should care don’t. The professionals who do pretend to care generally have an agenda surrounding the dollar they can get from or through me, and that’s fine. But, at the end of the day, I have every right to be pissed. Anyone would find it quite frustrating to live with circumstances like this, assuming they would even have the balls to, “which most wouldn’t.”
So, what do I do? At this point in life, I’ve decided it’s time to learn the game that certain groups are playing behind the scenes to manipulate the masses. Certain ancient groups have done well for themselves and their bigoted elite friends over the centuries. In fact, they are still thriving today.
However, despite the progressive left’s bigotry and the conservative far right’s racist views, the game is about to change in ways no one will ever see coming. If the old organizations can get away with it, I can too.
