Thursday, June 25, 2026: 9:52 AM: I’m walking around my apartment with spin shoes on today so when I want to use the bike for short intervals of 3-5 minutes at a time, I can do so without having to waste time taking them on and off. They are pretty comfortable to wear. They just feel a little weird to be walking around in, me originally having bought the spin shoes for use at Retro Fitness, when there was a gym here in Newton NJ.
I never wore them outside. And… For my purposes today, given what I intend to do exercise wise for the purposes of destressing, “They are perfect!”
