Thursday, June 25, 2026: 9:39 AM: I had a vision yesterday morning about using NIVEA to wash my hair in my bathroom sink. This doesn’t surprise me because I have purchased their hair and body wash for men from Amazon very recently and have begun using it. In reality, there’s no way I could ever wash my hair in the bathroom sink because it’s too small for that. Then, after this morning’s vision of overcoming a heart attack in my living room with my mind, the message behind these visions became clear.
When I need to clear my thoughts, the best way to do that is to focus intensely on healing or regulating my body’s functionality. This understanding was further amplified by the fact that this morning’s vision involved an external version of me talking to me.
