Our illustrious property manager is reportedly out for the week, but the email says maintenance services will continue via the Ascot Park Apartments property manager. Residents are encouraged to contact the Ascot Park Apartments property manager for maintenance emergencies or use the emergency hotline if needed. The message also noted that Justin Morales is available to assist with any issues related to Newtonian Gardens while our property manager is away. But this raises an interesting question, despite the absence of Ascot Park Apartments property manager contact information should we need it. “Is Justin Morales taking over as regional manager for Gordon Ancis?”
