I am surrounded personally and professionally by ethical people involved in providing Mental Health services. After investigations into the behavior of licensed individuals and organizations operating around me, those involved in the Mental Health Industry are no longer permitted to operate like a corrupt police department; the officers more crooked than the criminals they arrest having been removed from the profession.
Ever since these investigations took place, everyone seeking professional help has been treated equally, even people who only have Original Medicare, QMB or Medicaid being afforded the same care as everyone else. Complaints about personal and or professional interactions with individuals have been taken seriously: The Cindy Armstrong’s, Cassidy Spohn’s, Brigitte Heffernan’s, Kelly Canzone’s, Michelle Walshe’s and many more who have abused others personally or professionally, and or cover for others who do, having been removed from the profession. In some cases, whole organizations, like New Jersey’s Mental Health Association, have been shut down and their employees stripped of the privilege of working in the field of Mental Health.
It is no longer permissible for Mental Health Association’s to operate practices in the State of New Jersey, which has helped to stamp out corruption in the field. The Mental Health Industry enjoys the same legitimacy in our society afforded medical doctors because it holds its New Jersey state licensed professionals and support staff to a high ethical standard that is second to none in the Health Industry as a whole. There is no longer an All Friends Together For-Profit type environment and anyone who threatens the honor and integrity of the profession is quickly weeded out and removed.
Ever since the investigation that led to the massive overhaul of the Mental Health Industry here in New Jersey took place, the profession has truly been helping people enhance their lives for the better. I am supported by Dedicated Mental Health Service Providers.
