Thursday, June 11, 2026: 2:45 AM: It really is a bit too early to get started on some of the things I will have accomplished by the end of this day. So, by the time 5:00 AM rolls around I will have done some meditation work plus light reading to relax my body and mind. By the end of this day, all of these things will have come to pass, “And this is so.”

Thursday, June 11, 2026: 2:19 AM: This day will end, me having gotten my blood work done to see where I’m at with my Cholesterol readings. Laundry will have been done, bathroom cleaned up a bit, the apartment lightly vacuumed, dishes cleared, dishrack cleaned up, counters sanitized, etc.

Thursday, June 11, 2026: 2:12 AM: I got everything done yesterday that I set out to do. All files that I need for FamilyCare are up to date. I checked out my network and have found no evidence of intrusion or even attempts of it. I cleared out the history of both Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot. I rolled back the sleep goal in my phone to 6 hours instead of 8 and adjusted my bedtime to later in the evening. The walk was rather enjoyable, too.
8-Hour Sleep Goal May Be too High
Wednesday, June 10, 2026: 6:29 AM: One more thing I shall do today is adjust the sleep settings on my watch and phone. I know psychology plays a role in all of this, but I also know I tend to feel good after about 6½ hours of sleep. I may even need less, which suggests my own thinking could be getting in the way.

If I dig out the application from last year, I can use that as a roadmap to ensure I don’t miss anything, thus avoiding triggering a request for more information again. This needs to get done today, regardless of how I feel.

Wednesday, June 10, 2026: 5:27 AM: I’m thinking that this putting a 48 hour hold on writing things down might need to be cut back to 24 or simply scrapped all together where dreams and intuitive guidance are concerned. Things have been happening as predicted despite me not writing stuff down right away, if at all.
