I finished reading The Secret Circle last night as I could not sleep. So… Since I only consider the first three books in the series to be the true series written by their true author, Lisa Smith, I see no reason to ever purchase books four, five and six as I believe them to be unworthy of my attention due to the fact that they are written by a different author. As I understand it, the series was taken away from Lisa, even though the books are ghost written in her name and certain aspects of the story have been modified to go along with the CW Series that only lasted one season. “That’s what I’ve gotten from reading reviews, anyway.”
I have been doing pretty good at keeping my carb intake to around 150, although I did kiss the 200 mark today. “Damn M&M McFlurry!”
I didn’t realize those things had 96 grams of carbohydrates in them. But… Fortunately, before I went to McDonald’s this evening, I’d only had an apple. So, the coffee, two Big Macs and the M&M McFlurry didn’t put me out of the 200-gram carb range, “Although they came close to the edge.”
I saw a read receipt from the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs Assistant Section 504 Coordinator today. I guess she was off on Friday when all the fun was going on. She probably opened her mailbox this morning and said, What the F is that blind guy’s problem now! I can’t be certain of that though but if it is actually the case, “Such is life!”
I see my server blocks are beginning to work, at least for now. I think I spy one or two cracks in the digital wall I’ve built but… I’ll give it a few days to see what pops.
Other than that, I’m getting the strange sense that I don’t need to do a guided meditation recording like I’d recently planned to complete. I can do some general ones that might help other people. But… As far as the personalized one goes, it was with the best intentions but, “It seems to be unnecessary at this juncture!”
I feel like I’m in a holding pattern right now. I’m not sure which way things are going to move from here and the little birdy has been silent. But maybe that’s because I’ve been busting his balls a bit much of late about his track record with his predictions actually becoming reality. “It’s hard to say with him!”
