Laundry is done. I think I picked the right time to do it as the landscapers have been working here for a little while. Playing dodge tractor with your hands full isn’t exactly my idea of a good time. “Dodge car on a busy highway is more my speed!”
I ran a meditation before to take some of the edge off my morning. I’m better but still feeling like going scorched earth on a few different situations of annoyance.
I’ve got a window coming up starting at three that I might use a few advanced meditation techniques during to see if I can’t shift things internally in a way that will make for a happier me. In the meantime, I’ve got a book to continue reading and, “Peppermint Tea Rocks!”
