Cranky accomplishments: Executive Orders, Optimum and WordPress.

I finally finished reading Tom Clancy’s executive orders. The first few chapters sucked, striking a bit close to home emotionally given the topic they covered, but I ended up liking the book anyway.

I’ve been spending most of my time reading it over the past few days, which is why I haven’t been posting here much. I’ve got a few writing projects to work on tomorrow and then will be trying my hand at doing a guided meditation audio using TTS AI voices to do the reading. “This should be fun!”

Today started out slow, me ending up dealing with a network outage courtesy of the good people at Optimum. But at least the problems with getting online are taking place early in the morning, “Before 6:00 AM!”

I discovered my nephew’s site went down this evening, too, so did what was necessary to get it functioning again. Sometimes, those old divi Elegant Themes from back in 2015 can bite you in the ass when they aren’t updated. But, while he might not be happy about not being able to use that version any longer, he’ll at least be able to access his website to figure out what new theme he can use. “Internal 500 Server Errors Prevent WordPress Logins!”

Beyond that, it’s been a slow day. I walked about 4 miles when all was said and done. Traffic was kind to me during my excursions out this morning and again this evening.

But… I don’t know. I just felt cranky today and I’m not really sure why. If I find myself not sleeping tonight, it might be worth exploring if the feeling persists. But… In the meantime, … It is what it is, “Right?”
