My meditation mantra for negative energy transference.

As mentioned in an earlier post, I’ve been on the hunt for a single word that could teach my brain to channel the physical energy generated by racing thoughts back to their source. Today, before going to bed a quick Google search showed me that I had found that word.

The word is indeed “Evicto”. It was one of two words that came up during the meditation I had run and talked about in the same said post from earlier.

In reality, “Evicto” is known as an antiparasitic medicine used to treat and prevent infestations in cats and dogs. It’s designed to expel parasites from the body, which aligns perfectly with my goal of meditation—to evict negative energy generated by racing thoughts from my body. This also involves imagining I’m placing this negative energy squarely upon the triggering source when the imagery of said source starts playing itself out in my head.

The word leaves me with a sense of power and action. It’s not passive; it’s a command, an active choice to remove what doesn’t serve me. In my meditative practice, “Evicto” will clearly be the embodiment of my intention to cleanse my body, mind, and spirit of that which should have never been mine to carry in the first place. Think of it as sending the extra baggage back where it belongs and, “You’ve got the picture!”

So… Yeah… While “Evicto” may be a word associated with veterinary medicine to many, to me, it’s a symbol of powerful protection clearing the way in my mind for greater clarity of thought. “One thing should be noted here though!”

This word is one I will only be using to deal with racing thoughts that generate energy in the body that is associated with, the core emotion of anger. It came to me as I woke from a sound sleep at around 1:30 AM that other words should be used to deal with the other six core emotions we all experience; sadness, disgust, fear, excitement, sexual excitement, and joy.

I do not yet know which words should be used for the six remaining core emotions. However, through a little due diligence with my meditation practice, I should be able to figure out which words will work best for me.

I’d never heard of Evicto in my life until I ran the meditation spoken of in that previous post I keep referencing entitled, “A personal tale of 110 Hz frequency focused meditation.” But I know about the word and what it symbolizes now and that’s all that really matters.

I probably should have taken the extra time to write about it before I went to bed at around midnight. But… I didn’t and I think that it’s probably excitement over my find that partially woke me back up again after only about a solid hour’s worth of sleep.

However, there was also some twittering from my favorite little birdy I believe we can safely say contributed to my being awake now, too. Yup! My fine feathered friend had more to sing in my ear about my possible future, “Once again!”
