I am allowing myself to feel angry even if I don’t know why.

I don’t need to justify or suppress my anger. I express it in constructive ways, such as talking, writing, meditation, or exercising.

By feeling angry, I respect my emotions. I am allowing myself to feel angry even if I don’t know why.
